Contact messages may be used to respond to inquiries and troubleshoot reported issues. Tool inputs and selected logos are processed in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers or saved by the tools. Hosting providers may process ordinary request information, such as IP addresses and requested pages, to deliver and protect the website.

Browser-side processing and uploads
All current calculators and document generators run in the browser. Where a tool supports a local logo upload for document generation, that file is selected by the user in the browser to appear in the preview or output for that session. Users should avoid adding information they do not want displayed on their own generated document.

Reasonable steps may be taken to protect information, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Contact messages and operational records may be retained for as long as needed to operate the site, address inquiries, comply with legal obligations, or improve services.
